1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bride or Die Trying ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bride or Die Trying is a wedding vendor directory serving Central Illinois. We connect couples planning their wedding with local wedding service providers (vendors). We provide a platform for vendors to list their services and for couples to discover and contact them.

3. Vendor Accounts

Registration: Vendors must provide accurate business information when registering. All accounts are subject to approval.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
Listing Content: Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing content, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and contact information.
Prohibited Content: Listings must not contain false, misleading, or offensive content. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our discretion.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Tier: Basic listing with limited features at no cost.
Paid Tiers: Spotlight ($29/month) and Premium ($79/month) offer enhanced features as described on our pricing page.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. Partial month refunds are not provided.
Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Couples / Site Visitors

The Service is provided for informational purposes to help you find wedding vendors.
We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any vendor listed on the platform.
Any agreements, transactions, or disputes between you and a vendor are solely between you and the vendor.
Contact information submitted through lead forms will be shared with the relevant vendor.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site design, branding, and original content are owned by Bride or Die Trying. Vendors retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display it on the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our search functionality includes AI-powered features. AI-generated search results and summaries are provided for convenience and may not always be perfectly accurate. Vendors should verify that their listings appear correctly in search results.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of McLean County, Illinois.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered vendors of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
